Re-manufactured, completely dismantled, cleaned all parts, replaced any part not to factory specs
Mattison grind and re-scraped table, saddle, and knee ways
The lube system has been replaced with new (lines, meter units, etc.) to assure good oil flow to the ways
Gibs were cleaned, repaired, re-scraped, and adjusted
The saddle, table screws and nuts were replaced with new
Spindle head: Dismantled, cleaned, replaced all belts, bearings, bushings.
