Re-Manufactured Completely, dismantled, cleaned all parts, replaced any part not to factory specs.
Mattison Grind and re-scraped table, saddle and knee ways
The lube system has been replaced with new (linesmeter units, etc) to assure good oil flow to the ways
Gibs were cleaned, repaired, re-scraped and adjusted
The saddle,table screw and nuts were replaced with new
Spindle Head: Dismantled, cleaned, replaced all belts, bearings and bushings.
