Machines will be rebuilt from the foundation up. The machine will be completely taken apart. All the machine components will be cleaned and all parts that are not to quality standards will be repaired. The machine will be sanded, primed, and painted. It will then be reassembled and cycled. Electrically and mechanically your equipment will be like new.
Design and Retrofit
Converting your manual equipment to CNC using the control of your choice.
Realignment
Aligning the machine axis to bring your working envelope back to factory specifications.
On-Site or In-house
You can have your machine/s brought to our spacious facility or have the service performed at your own facility by our qualified technicians.
Scraping
There are experienced scraper hands on staff. Rebuilds and Retrofits will include scraped way surfaces.
Cleaning and Painting
You can have us clean, sand and paint your machines to make them look like new.
Machine Installation
With new or used machines, you can have us anchor, level and wire your machine. We’ll stay on your site for a parts run. For CNC equipment, you can have us provide a CNC part programs to help you get up and running as soon as possible.
Preventative Maintenance Programs
A good maintenance program is the best way to maximize your machine up time. You can have us set up a regular program, monitor and perform the maintenance required for your equipment.
Replacement Equipment
